Terms and Conditions :

• Full cancellation charge will be imposed for No-show.

• No refund for No-show or cancellation of booking in less than 12 hours prior to departure time.

• No refund either in full or part will be given for any unutilized services included in this excursion.

• Passengers shall be responsible for any miss pick-up due to self late turn up at the pick-up point or check-in point.

• Pick-up point in Awana Porto Malai.

• All passengers must assemble in Awana at 0900 hr for immigration / customs clearance.

• Cruise departure cannot be held back for passengers arriving late and no responsibilities can be taken for such case.

• The departure schedule, departure area or stopping places that are published may be altered without prior notice if such alteration or omissions are necessary.

• The operator reserves the right to determine the type of ferry to be used for cruise.

• All cruise services are subject to weather / sea conditions and water visibility or unforeseen circumstances beyond the operator's control.

• All information contained herein is correct at the time of printing and is subject to change without prior notice.

• All rates, diving packages and facilities are subject to change without prior notice.

• All passengers are required to check-in at least 45 minutes before departure after which all reservations will be released.

• All divers must show certification card and dive log prior to making reservations.

• Dive Master reserves the right to exclude uncertified / unfit divers from diving.

• Dive Master may at his discretion cancel diving activities due to unsafe conditions and poor weather.

• The spot for scuba diving, snorkeling, swimming, etc will be in Ko Rawi where this island has one of the best marine park in Southern Thailand and is famous for its lively corals and diversity of marine fish life.

Cancellation Charges:

• No refund if cancellation received less than 12 hours prior to departure.

• 50% refund if cancellation received more than 12 hours before departure.

• Full refund if cancellation received more than 7 days before departure.
