NOTES FOR CLIMBERS
The itineraries for the various
packages for Gunong Tahan and waterfalls are subject to change
without prior notice.
The ruling is that 1 guide can only take maximum 12 paxs at any one time.
Climbers are required to buy at their own cost personal accident insurance
for the duration of the climb as insurance are not included. Rates are also available for groups
less than 8 persons. Also further discounts is available for groups
above 8 persons.

Lumpur to Sungai Relau. Climbers will be advise to arrive at
Sungai Relau 1 day before the climb so that they can have a
energetic and fresh start for the climb the next day

Register at The Wildlife Dept and take a 4 wheel drive to Kuala Juram

Trekking up to Camp Kor ( 750 m asl ); 4 - 5 hours journey for 13.5
km distance long

such a way that one day only hike not more 1000 meter

| 4. Add garlic in whatever
food you eat during the journey |

| As a general rule a person
who is not used to climbing any mountain higher than
4500 meters may experience mountain sickness. |
