| Detailed 2 Days 1 Night Team Building program at Endau Rompin West | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Day 01 On arrival, a warm welcome for all participants. Welcome drinks will be distributed and participants will be then have a short introduction on Endau Rompin, and the details on the group activities for the next 2 days. The facilitators and instructors will conduct the session and at the same time get to know all the participants. Participants will be divided into teams and accommodations will then be allocated. Free at leisure until lunch. Lunch at 1300 hours.
After lunch, a short briefing and commence trekking to Takah Pandan Water falls. Participants will be taught to identify and learn the use of the various plants and herbs found along the route. Much of the medicinal cure for ailments for the aborigines (Orang Asli) are from the roots and leaves of plants found growing wild in the jungle. Return to base camp. Tea time with local cakes and deserts. Free until dinner.
Barbeque dinner at 1930hrs. and the commencement of night treasure hunt. 10.00 pm night safari by 4 x 4 - expect to see nocturnal animals like civet cats, wild cats, porcupines, ant eaters, owls, rats, wild chicken etc. Overnight in chalet triple/ quad share.
Day 02 Wake up call at 0700hrs. Breakfast at 0800 hrs. 0900 hrs briefing on techniques and safety procedures for white water tube rafting and water confidence. Tea break. Closing, evaluation and prize presentation. 4WD transfer from Endau-Selai to Bekok town.
Note : The above itinerary is subject to change under normal circumstances that the final itinerary will not be the same as above. Other activities that can be added in or replaced ... paintball (additional cost) war games, all kinds obstacles course, tree climbing, flying fox, spider web wall, water, treasure hunt, survival night (where participants will be tested on their skill to survive for 1 day and 1 night)....... etc |

After lunch, a short briefing and commence trekking to Takah Pandan Waterfalls. Return to base camp. Tea time with local cakes and desserts. Free until dinner.
BBQ Dinner at 1900 hours. After dinner, night safari by 4 wheel drive through the forest expect to see nocturnal animals like civet cats, wild cats, porcupines, ant eaters, owls, rats, wild fowls etc. Overnight in chalet twin/triple share.
Day 02 Wake up call at 0700hrs. Breakfast at 0830 hrs. Briefing on techniques and safety procedures for white water tubing. Water confidence. Lunch break.
After lunch, a race through 4 obstacles course - confidence rope, spider web, commando crawl and river crossing. Tea break will include debriefing and analysis on the strength and weakness of participants, what went wrong and methods of improvement.
Barbeque dinner at 1930 hours. After dinner night line - night trust walk, an exercise aimed at increasing communication level of teamwork and leadership. . Day 03 Wake up call at 0700hrs, Breakfast at 0800hrs. Endau Quest (Treasure Hunt & Explorace & Fear Factor) will be follow up after breakfast. After Endau Quest, free & Easy.. packed/break-camp. Closing, evaluation and prize presentation 4WD transfer from Endau-Selai to Bekok town.
