Proposed Itinerary
Day 01
On arrival at Bukit Merah Laketown. A warm welcome for all participants and welcome
drinks will be provided and participants will be provided with a
short briefing and the details on the group
activities for the next 2 days. The facilitators and
instructors will conduct the session and at the same time get to
know all the participants. Participants will be divided into
teams and accommodations will then be allocated. Free at leisure
until lunch. Lunch at 1300 hours.
After lunch, the first activity will be raft building
followed by team rafting race in the lake . Refreshments.
Free until dinner.
Dinner at 1900 hours. Overnight in twin / triple
share 2 bedroom apartments.
Day 02
Wake up call at 0700hrs. Breakfast at 0830 hrs.
Safety briefing, followed by
obstacles course race - confidence rope, spider web, commando
crawl and spider rope wall, trusr falls etc
After lunch, a short briefing
will followed by team building
competitive corporate games. Game 1 - Mines field where the
team members are blind folded and the team leader will provide
verbal instructions to avoid obstacles place in an enclosed area
or field. Game 2 - Dar Vinci Code, team will be shown a lego
model and within a given time will have to build the same model
(team work is very important). The games can be replaced
with alternatives. Tea breaks and
refreshments.
Dinner at 1900 hrs. Overnight in
twin / triple share 2 bedroom apartments
Day 03
Wake up call at 0700 hrs. Treasure
Hunt or Scavenger Hunt.. Tea breaks and refreshments followed by
debriefing and analysis on the strength and weakness of
participants, what went wrong and methods of improvement.
Check out and depart for home.
Note : The
above itinerary is subject to change under normal circumstances
that the final itinerary will not be the same as above. The
activities suggested are all outdoor. Subject to further
discussion the activities can be customised so as to have a
mixture of outdoor and indoor.
