For Company Outings and Group Activities our resort has an experienced Coordinator with complete and professional equipment for activities such as Telematches, Team Building and Treasure Hunts.

We have three outdoor venues for team games, the lawn by the beach or out hotel front land which is over 3 acres providing plenty of space for larger outings and activities. Four our third area we are adding an extensive team building area including a 120 meter long flying fox and a 10 station high and low rope course. 3 ground stations and a briefing/rest pondok will also be part of this superior facility. All courses conducted here will be supervised by our professionally trained staff to ensure the highest levels of safety and enjoyment for all.

Team Building is the discovery, motivational and experimental learning activity to develop and bring out the full human potential to drive ultimate team success. Guoman Port Dickson Resort is proud to offer their newly constructed SWAT camp (Superior, Work and Attitude Training Camp) for companies seeking to become high performing teams. The SWAT camp is situated on the vast beach frontage in the resorts lush tropical surroundings. The state-of-the-art team building area includes 20 purpose built team building events including an obstacle course, 120 meter flying fox and a 12 station high and low rope course.

Participants will face challenges and tasks which will allow them to interact verbally and physically, work together to plan and master problems while learning the value of team work, practice leadership skills and appreciate individual differences.

The camp is further accredited with meeting the American Association of Challenge Course Technology Standards (The only one in Malaysia). Annual safety inspections are also carried out by an association professional. The area is designed to train 30 or more highly energetic participants at a time. Included in the layout is a large “Pondok”, which is designed for briefings in the shade. In addition, the resort has experienced and professionally trained coordinators to facilitate all activities complimented by top end professional equipment.

Endau Rompin - the latest destination for team building and leadership training destination

We also offer special team building packages in a new and exciting destination of Endau Rompin West with facilities for rubber tubing and rafting, flying fox, obstacle course, spectacular water falls, jungle trekking, 4 x 4 experience, off roading, night safari, river activities ... river crossing, rubber tubing fights rubber tubing race,  jungle treasure hunt.

Also  demonstration in cooking rice, water and dishes is bamboo and jungle leaves, starting fire the ancient ways, jungle survival, lessons in the use of jungle herbs, identifying flora and fauna, Orang Asli settlement, blow pipes demonstration, bird watching, living off the land theme nights and campfires.... etc etc.
